1. About Us

2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to amend pricing, product descriptions, and availability at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Contract Formation
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. A binding contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock errors.

4. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store payment details. All transactions are encrypted.

5. Delivery & Shipping
All orders will be dispatched within 7 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

UK Orders:
Shipped via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service.

International Orders:
Shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked service.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel and return most goods within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition with tags and packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting returned goods.

7. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and designs remain the property of Mayfair Masters and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
